Troubleshooting

I can't access to Teams or Teams Shows a 'Trial' Status

We have noticed that, in some cases, Teams may display a “Trial” status if another Microsoft account is already signed in on the browser.

If you encounter this issue, and especially if you are using a shared computer, please create a separate browser profile for your child and sign in to Teams from that profile using their own Microsoft account. This helps prevent account conflicts with other family members’ Microsoft accounts and ensures that Teams consistently uses the correct account.

Official instructions for creating a browser profile:

Chrome:
https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/2364824

Microsoft Edge:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/edge/sign-in-and-create-multiple-profiles-in-microsoft-edge

Safari:
https://support.apple.com/guide/safari/ibrwf3a9e7d6/mac

Once you create the profile, please use that same browser profile every time your child accesses Teams.

After signing in to Teams, please make sure you switch to the correct organization:

  1. Click “Incurate” in the upper-right corner of Teams.
  2. From the menu, select “合同会社Incurate”.

If “合同会社Incurate” does not appear in the menu, please contact us via WhatsApp (Singapore) or LINE (Japan).

Once you have switched to the correct organization, you should see the “Minecraft Cup 2026” team and the channel(s) you have been assigned to.

If you do not see “Minecraft Cup 2026” or your assigned channel(s), please contact Minecraft Cup Support Team.

If Minecraft Education is automatically signing you in with a previous account, please follow these steps to remove the old account and sign in with your new Minecraft Cup account:

  1. Open Minecraft Education.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. Select Manage Accounts.
  4. Click Sign Out.
  5. If available, turn Remember Me OFF.
  6. Completely close the Minecraft Education application.
  7. Restart Minecraft Education.
  8. Sign in using the new account credentials provided by the Minecraft Cup team.

If you still cannot sign in after completing these steps, please contact the Minecraft Cup support team and include a screenshot of any error message you receive.
