Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made within 24 hours are free of charge. For cancellations made after 24 hours, a 10% cancellation fee will apply for payments made via credit card. However, if you choose to transfer to a different class, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Make-up Class Policy:

Students enrolled in a full course are eligible for one make-up class. Additionally, for those attending four or more consecutive classes, one make-up class will be provided for the first four classes, and thereafter, one make-up class will be offered for every additional four classes.
